Hello and welcome to HCM,
I understand from your query that you are having multiple painful swellings on your body which are hard to touch (that is the reason why you describe them as stones) and difficulty in digestion of food.
A clinical examination is needed to know the exact location, distribution and character of these swellings.
many
soft tissue tumors are known to be multiple like
lipomas, neurofibromas, etc.
Neurofibromas are benign soft tissue tumors arising from nerves and they can be painful.
However, no definite opinion can be given without clinical examination and relevant investigations.
Aspiration cytology of these swellings may be required.
In aspiration cytology, a small needle is inserted into the swellings, cells are aspirated, spread on slide and stained.
This investigation helps the doctor to know the origin and character of the lesion.
This will help in further management of the multiple lesions.
Regarding the
indigestion problem, you need to give more details of the problem that you are suffering for more details.
An increase in digestion time occurs due to decreased motility of the gut.
You need to
consult a gastroenterologist for this problem.
Thanks and take care
