What Could Be The Reason For Missed Periods, Tight Belly, Sore Nipples And Headache?

Hi doctor so I am on the implanon but it expired on the 3rd of October I had unprotected sex 2 times after and haven't had a period or spotting since I have been sleeping more than usual and my belly is really tight in the upper areas around my ribs and they are sore my nipples are sore off and on and j et a headache almost everyday I only took 2 preg test and that was at first haven't since than any suggestions !?

Chances of pregnancy are less. The spotting you are experiencing is due to implanon. Just wait without taking any medicines.
