What Could Be The Reason For Muscle Pain In Right Side With Stiff Muscles In Neck After Using Pillow?

hi i am having an upper back pain, from few days. its actually muscle pain on right side . and i also have muscle stiff ness from neck. If i sleep with pillow under my neck i feel lot of pain in the morning. can you please let me know what is the reason for this.

Thanks for query on HCM.
It is most likely due to skeletal muscular pain.
It is due to improper posture during sleeping due to pillow.
Avoid pillow,be conscious during sleeping posture.
Take nsaid with muscle relaxant.
B12,folic acid,minerals,d3,calcium and other supplement will be helpful to improve muscle strength.
Go for exercise,yoga regularly.
If it is not improving and recurrent then go for x-ray cervical region and start treatment under guidance of orthopedician.
