Im a 20year old female,my breast have been saw for the past two weeks now but the neeples are not saw like they usually are when im starting my periods.what could the problem be?

These are just normal changes seen due to hormonal changes in our body associated with menses. Water retention and breast tenderness are both normal in premenstrual time and they subside once the periods start.
