What Could Be The Reason For Passing Urine In Bed?

I had back problems in all areas thoracic first the last year got hit by drunk driver anyways i had neck surgery this year and had it fused. the problem i think im having is the disc her.and slip at l5s1 i started peeing the bed is the cause of the bed wetting do to the slip

From your history, it is quite clear that you are having neurogenic bladder.
In my clinic, I advise CIC-clean intermittent catheterization to the patients capable of doing it after training.
Consult your Urologist for further investigations; if necessary like urodynamic studies etc & appropriate treatment modality.
