What Could Be The Reason For Tenderness In Top Right And Left Side, Dizziness, Nausea And Severe Headache?
Hi my name is lidia 23 years old. For a month now I noticed that my top right and left side are very tender to the touch. I have also bin getting very dizzy if I turn around fast or just standing for a long period of time. I do also wake up with nausea and sometimes loose my appetite . I have no sinus or anything like that. Just last night when I laid down I felt like my head my going to explode. Please help.

I would come up with these possibilities for these symptoms , these includes.
1 Anemia , diagnosis can be confirmed by blood examination for hemoglobin level.As I have noted that anemia causes dizziness , nausea , pain all over body .All symptoms are an indication of anemia.
2 The 2nd possibility may be peptic ulcer disease or hiatus hernia . Diagnosis can be confirmed by upper G I endoscopy. Try raising the head of your bed 4 inches with blocks . Also avoid drinking or eating for 2 hours before you lie down . It also might help to avoid greasy or spicy foods or eat chocolate.Also take some antacid but if symptoms are sever you may need drugs like proton pump inhibitors .
3 Hypertension may be the nest reason . Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination at the time of incident .
4 In this age group tension is most prominent cause , so if such , relax .
In my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion as physical examination is very important .
