What Causes Body Ache Along With Fatigue, Headache And Nausea?

I could not wake up Sat am - all over pain - just exhausted - severe headache. Rested on Sat - slightly more comfortable on Sunday - still awful headache, nausea, all over pain. Monday - could not get up out of bed until 5pm - same thing - exhausted, severe headache, all over pain. No other cold type symptoms - other than chest tightness with a small amount of congestion - better today. Mainly stomach nausea and severe headache. Exhausted, no appetetite, pain all over still. The biggest problem has been unexpected sweats and then chills

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

It can be a part of viral fever.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
