What Could Be The Reason For The Mother Not Having Milk In The Breast?

Sir, I have a friend who got married recently and in her early 20 s. She is now having a baby of just six months. She is having problem with not having milk in her breast. The baby is fed by some cow/buffalo milk. What could be reason for not having milk in her breast and what are the steps to be taken to come out of this problem so that the baby would get mother s milk.

The lack of milk secretion can be related to hormonal disturbance, poor health, decreased protein and fluid intake, lack of adequate breast stimulation, etc.
