What Could Be The Reason For The Rash In Vaginal Area Which Is Sore With Mucus And Also Has Abdominal Pain?
I have some kind of rash in vaginal area and its very painful along with some white mucus
Hurts when I urinate and make any movements
My legs started hurting and feeling numb all the way to my feet and also some abdominal pain once in a while and back pain frequently
I have been sexually active with the same person for the past year tho is the first time this has happened though idk if I should head to the hospital I so feel pretty bad though

There are many possible causes for the rash and irritation that you describe. Since you have other symptoms as well such as abdominal pain and back pain, I think you really need to see a doctor to make sure you don't have a serious pelvic infection. These are usually easily treated, but they could be dangerous if you don't get treated. Please make sure you get it checked out!
