What Could Be The Reason For Tiredness And To Feel Sleepy Always ?

I am 20 years old and i am tired almost all the time. I just want to sleep. I also now get full easier and some times eat two meals a day

These may be due to many reasons but the common causes must be excluded first. Diabetes is a common cause. Get your blood sugar tested. Low blood haemoglobin causing Anaemia is another cause. If you problem with sleep it can also indicate increased stress in your life. Learn to relax by doing meditation, deep breathing exercises. Eat plenty of well washed fresh fruits and vegetables everyday as they improve your immunity and delay ageing changes and also increase energy. Eat protein rich and fat-less food. Avoid any junk food like burgers, french fries, fried food, chips, colas as they all make you unhealthy and tired. Visit your Doctor for further advise and proper management of your problem.

hi anil
u need to take healthy diet with vitamin supplements
do exercise regularly
yoga and pranayam will help u
be regular in diet and sleeping habit
do check ur HB level as it may be low
drink more water
be relax and positive ,if u think more and do more efforts to sleep ,it will go away from u
so just be calm and cool.
