What Could Be The Reason For Unfocussed And Blurred Vision At The Age Of 71?
Hi, I am 71 year old female and having problems with my eyes focusing. I work in an office using computer and by the end of the day, my eyes do not focus properly. I can not see the computer screen and when I head for home, my sight is so bad, cars are blurred and I can not read the very large traffic signs. What is the problem?

It seems from the history that you are having blurring of vision. Since you are elderly indiviidual the most common cause can be age related cataract.
This requires evaluation and examination by ophthalmologist and treatment by surgery. Since you are also having difficulty in driving, the problem is significant and it may require surgical treatment.
