What Could Be The Reason For Weight Loss, Nausea And Lumps Under Skin On Arms?

My sister who is 51 has over the past year experienced a marked level of weight loss of over 15kgs. She eats 5 times a day but does suffer from nausea which does at times make it hard to eat at times has experienced vomiting. She has been for blood tests but nothing has shown. She has had her iron levels, thyroid etc tested and has also had a mammogram as she has previously experienced breast lumps that have been benign. She has had lumps under her skin on her arms for many years. She is waiting to have a gastroscopy and a colonoscopy. Any thoughts as to what this could be?

Looking to over all history it can be said that, the loss of weight and the lymph node swelling is the prime sign of "Tuberculosis" and I would advise you to have test done keeping in mind this etiology, you can have a word with your doctor, instead of going for gastroscopy better to have investigation for this, have nice day.
