What Could Be The Reason For White Heads Bumps On Vagina For A 8 Weeks Pregnant ?

My wife is 8-9 wks. pregnant . She discovered 3 medium sized white head bumps on the lower part of her vagina near the opening. They look like pimples . We are both worried. Neither of us have an STD as far as we know. She said they are painful but not very itchy

She might be having warts , she should go for VDRL test.
