i have been nauseated for 5 days, unable to eat, lost 6 pounds, breaking out in sweats and gurgling stomach. WBC elevated.

you havent told the type of motion you have.is it loose ,with pain? if it's so you have gastro enteritis.
Even constipation with indigestion may have the complaints.
Adetailed history is needed to advice properly.
