What Could Be The Reason Of Mild Pain In Testicles And Irritation In Urinary Tract.?

I am 33 male. What if the reason that.. the mild pain in my testicles and feel kind of irritation in my urinary tract.? my urine sample has no infection. and my urine flow also normal and no discharges from penis. I feel a kind of uncomfortably. Please help me doctor to sort out this..

In my opinion you should get a ultrasound done on your scrotum. It will help in knowing precise cause if there any inflammation in testis or spermatic cord.
