Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello I can feel a clicking sensation at the bottom right ribs when i have been coughing for the past several and when i put a little amount of pressure there i can feel it, but it doesn't hurt and I was wondering what it could be? I am 20 years old and the only thing i have is high blood pressure?
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe, it may be the liver, which has enlarged, upto the edge of the ribs, and when you cough, it may cross the rib cage, and cause that sound. The other reasons may be the basal crepitations, or lipoma. The liver enlargement may be due to the hypertension, if not under control. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an ultra sound for diagnosis. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
