Hello,
I suddenly developed the following symptoms today: severe heartburn, stomach cramps, chest pain and pressure, nausea, lightheadedness, burping, I am a 52 yr. old male, slightly overweight, type 2 diabetic, hypertensive, benign enlarged prostate, medium smoker (8-12 a day), non-drinker, and have had 2 open + 2 endoscopic ruptured disc surgeries on discs L5-S1, L4-L5, L3-L4, L2-L3, the last of which was open w/ complications (main nerve to right leg damaged- approx. 80% signal loss, resulting in sustained sensory interruption, inability to lift foot or knee, and severe pain left hip/buttock, also severely limited range of movement, as well as sharp, shooting pain 24/7 lower back and left leg). I get some relief with time-release oxycodone, which I take 40mg 2-3 times per 24 hour period. I basically need to know what the cause of these symptoms I'm experiencing today for the first time in this constellation could be...heart attack...stroke?
