My husband hit his head hard at work last night above the temple area . Today he says its sore to touch with feeling of pressure with some dull aching. When he touches it that causes more pressure and dull pain into jaw. No dizziness or blurred vision. What could this be?

Hello madam thanks for the query

wat happenes usually after a head injury is sm subcutaneus collection of blood which usually resolvs in.sm time say abt 1wk which usually cause localisd pain for which u can take general.pain killers...

if the person is having dull generalised diffuse pain.with nausea or vomiiting sm time periorbital or eye pain then it could be an SDH(sub dural hematoma) its advisable to get a CT scan to be on safer side...

Thank you
