What Could Be The Red, Scratchy Bump On The The White Of Eye?
Yes please, the white of my left eye has a red scratchy bump and has caused my eye to be blood shot, itchy, scratchy. This is the white of the eye, not the eyelid. Feels like something is in it, or gritty, but looks like a small red pimple form. Eye burns open or shut.

it seems from the history that you are having red elevated lesion with irritation on the white part of the eye.
This can be because of inflammation of pre existing pterygium or inflammation of episclera or sclera called as episcleritis and scleritis respectively.
The treatment of the condition is by using non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or mild steroids after ruling out infection.
Hence I advice you to consult your eye doctor for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
