What Could Be The Red, Tiny Spots On My Forearm That Occurred Suddenly?

I have 3 red tiny spots on my forearm that just popped up within the last twenty four hours. They do not itch or hurt they are just strange looking and I am 100% positive that it is not the result of any type of forceful contact. Any idea what it may be?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe the tiny spots appear to be due to some bacterial infection, they may become pus filled slowly, and may become pain full.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms, cephalexin, and ornidazole.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery . Thank you.

Hi,
The tiny three red spots can arise due to-
- insect bite,
- primary rash due to viral infection.
Thanks.
