What Could Be The Small Bruise In Between Eyes Of A Child?

Hi, my daughter has this small bruise in between her eyes ,and the only thing that I remember was when she was a newborn probably like a week old.(breastfeeding mother )In middle of the night I accidentally elbowed her in her face and she s almost five months (on the ninth) and you can vaguely see it but in the light you can definitely can see the small bruise.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

From the description provided I do not think it is a bruise. A bruise does not stay that long for months together. I think it should be haemangioma. Please consult your doctor for a physical examination. Your doctor may order certain investigations based on the physical examination findings. Diagnosis and further management depends on the investigation reports.

Continue to ask further queries as required.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
