What Could Be The Small Indention In Butt Cheek Turning Into Crater?

I have see. Multiple doctors asked specialists and still have no answer. A few weeks ago a small indention started to form on my left cheek of my butt. This has now turned I to a crater and somehow I am loosing fat and muscle from the area. There was no trauma and am not sure what else this could be :/ help!!!!

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Very simple.
Go for an MRI or at least high resolution ultrasonography.
IF required FNAC and the diagnosis will be there.
(there is no mention of your age or sex here).
There is one condition called idiopatic Fat necrosis which you may be suffering from.
Unless there is some symptom you need not bother about it.
