What Could Be The Treatment For Narrowing Of The Aorta?
Hi, I have narrowing of the aorta and i am having trouble breathing then i walk i am having dizzy spells and i have to sit, my breathing then i lay down is even harder im very scared as i feel im going to have a stroke or heart attack.I'm finding it hard to consentrate on my work I'm very light headed and feel very foggy .Is there anything I can do for this Im very worried .
Hi, thank you for asking Healthcare Magic Treatment for narrowing of the aorta depends on the severity of the lesion. In asymptomatic cases, it could be conservative but in symptomatic cases like yours, surgical resection of the narrow segment may be needed. In some cases, a less invasive method (angioplasty) could be performed to dilate the narrow segment of the artery. You need to see a cardiologist and cardiac surgeon for proper assessment and management.
I hope that answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. We will be delighted to answer more questions from you. I wish you good health
