I have several white bumps (looks like a pimple) on the inside of my nose and it hurts very bad. I have noticed everytime this happens, that side of my face hurts almost like it is due to sinuses. I do not have health insurance at this time and can not afford to see an ENT.
The most probable causes of such an appearance and symptom are one of the following: - Furunculosis meaning development of furuncles inside the hair bearing skin area - Can be herpes simplex - Some skin disorder Granuloma development which can cause severe pain on touching
Surely, not having insurance is a problem but you can at least show to the Doctor in walk-in-clinic for clinical examination and investigations as required to know what the problem is and thus get treated accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
