What Could Be The White Thing Hanging Where Penis And Foreskin Joins?
Hi, im 19 year old and male, weight about 215lbs. I have a small white thing hanging off the sking that attaches my penis to the foreskin, i thought it may be a sking tag but not sure at all what it is as it's not perfectly round like most skin tags seem to look but instead a bit messed up.
