Radiologist 's  Response
Hello dear,
it seems that there is some mass lesion like uterine polyp or fibroid which is obstructing the cervical canal and causing all your symptoms, as the pregnancy is ruled out by negative pregnancy test. It is advisable to consult to a gynecologist as soon as possible and get a baseline pelvic ultrasound done.
