General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Swollen vagina after intercourse may occur due to vaginal bruising. Lack of lubrication during intercourse may cause friction and swelling of vagina. These symptoms will subside in a few days. Whitish discharge can represent yeast infection. Anti-fungal drugs such as clotrimazole should be used for 3 to 5 days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saranya Ramadoss, General & Family Physician
