What Could Bloated Abdomen Post Abortion Indicate?

Hi Dr. I had an abortion after 4 weeks now. I bleeded for 1 week and 5 days. I started using ovral tablets in day 5 following my abortion now my stomach is getting big and my breast are still big..can I still be pregnant? I don t fel any pregnancy sign within my body and I also saw the clots passing to the toilet pot..am worried

I really appreciate your concern, such appearance may not be due to pregnancy but this need to be investigated and better to get done the ultrasonography just to rule out the residual fetal part, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
