What Could Blood On Pillow Be?

morning. Every morning for the past 5 or so days i have awoken to find a small patch of blood on my pillow (no bigger than a marble or sometime just a smuged line). No sores on my face or dry blood from nose and ears in the morning either, please help.

Hi, small streaks of blood neednot be problematic, u need to check ur teeth and gums for bleeding, if present needs further evaluation.thank u.
