What Could Blood Pressure Dip In The Morning After Lysinopril Intake Indicate?

I was on 10mg lysinopril for bp. My bp has been too low in the AM and I have almost fainted. We reduced it to 1/2 pill. This AM my by was 84/55 with pulse of 94on waking. Within 5 minutes it was 108/62 after drinking two glasses of water. Pulse was 72. My bp has typically been 110 to 125/70 during the day. In the evening it may be 129/70. What is going on?

Critical Care Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
I would recommend you to get an Ambulatory Blood pressure (ABP) recording. And with advice of your cardiologist your medications can be titrated and switched.

Feel free to contact me, if you have further queries
