What Could Bouts Of Cough, Stabbing Pain And Tight Chest Indicate?

Hello. I am 49 and a female. I ve been noticing for a few months that I cough upon getting out of bed in the mornings. Mainly a 5 or 10 minute spell. Yesterday after eating a small meal, about 20 minutes later...I stood up and immediately had stabbing pains in my chest on left side...only lasting for approx. 30 seconds. Now today, I eat supper again, afterwards begin to cough and chest wants to tighten up, I ve been sweating mainly in my face now about two weeks but not sure if it s because of summer heat or hormones ...lol

I really appreciate your concern, such cough be allergic one and may be due to hyperacidity if this is due to allergy then no need to worry about this and this could be self limiting and if this is due to hyperacidity then it can be managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg" once in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
