hi im 29 year old female facing problem of breathlessness nd feel sharp pain under my back rib right side nd shoulder when take deep breath..also feel tightness in throught never any type of cough come out heaviness in shoulders and feel tightness back rib cage some time i have go throw with medical treatmnt but not at all reliefe plz let me know what should i do

First gall bladder and lung problems should be ruled out. You may have problems in cervical backbone or thoracic area. Sometimes muscular pain may create such types of symptoms.
