What Could Brown Spot On Elbow After Exercising Represent?
I ve recently started doing weight lifting, and yesterday was arm day. I did curls and other biceps and triceps workouts. The next day I realized I had formed a brown spot on the inside of my elbow. The area is where they put in IV 8in your arm. They kind of look like bruises but I really don t know what they are. Any idea?

Hello, Thanks for your query. It is not uncommon to have several tiny red dots on skin after a gym work out, its due to damage to your blood vessels or capillaries by strenuous activity.
The spots fade to brown within a few days and eventually disappear. A burning sensation may or may not occur as the new lesions They disappear within a few weeks, recur from time to time, or frequently persist for years. If u feel more pain or any signs of allergy or infection and In doubt or not sure about the condition have a evaluation with your physician.
