What Could Burning Sensation While Urination Be With Pus Oozing Out From Penis?
So a few week ago i had like this burning sensation while urinating for a few days and the glande area looks irritated. Now today pus came out of my penis. I will like to know an expert opinion of what can possibly be this and if i should go to the hospital right away. I am virgin though.

Hello, Welcome to HCM, The symptoms are suggesting of urinary tract infection, burning micturation is a pathognomic of UTI, Irritation of the glans is may be due to infection in the urinary tract. If the infection is not treated properly it will lead to multiplication of the organisms in the urinary tract and symptoms will be increased. If there is a associated fungal infection it may worsen the condition and make it difficult to manage the patient. I would suggest you to undergo urine examination to find out the organism and treat the condition appropriately with proper antibiotics. Thank you.
