What Could Cause A Fishy Smell In Stool For An Infant?

Hello. My 19 month old daughter has had a fishy smell in her stool for three days now. She has had a cold for a month and is teething, but this has never occurred before. Any ideas what it could be? Is it urgent, should I take her in to be seen before Monday? Thank you.
