What Could Cause A Flipped T Wave?

I am a healthy 52 yr old female that exercises vigorously five days a week. My annual EKG showed a flipped T wave.... could this possibly be the result of exercising prior to my doctor appointment that morning, I was also fasting for annual bloodwork?
