What Could Cause Anxiety And Minimal Speech In A Child?

Hi I am from Macedonia and I have 9 years son with mental problem, his problem is he hardly speaks, and has very anxious moments, we did various tests, magnetic resonance and did not find any brain anomaly, also did DNA testing to see whether it is inherited and this test is negative (not inherited) currently provides some vitamins that say to the internet and seen some improvement

Hi, in my opinion if the child has minimal speech and is always anxious autism should be ruled out in him. You should get him assessed by a developmental and behavioral pediatrican. Occupational therapy and speech and language therapy will help him.
