I recently had my knee scoped. Today which is 4 weeks after my surgery I felt something like an asthma attack it came on fast and left me wheezy and a hoarse voice after. I am also experiencing tingling in my left hand. I am on a number of medications including fentanyl patch which is my newest medication update. Is this something to be worried about. Other than tingling in my hand and tired and now a sore throat as a result of my attack I feel better
Hi Catching of infection may come from any source including nosocomial route. In such case it should be well managed. A doctor should advise patient for culture and sensitivity test in such condition. Asthma could be a result of infection in Respiratory tract or Allergy also in you case. If I were your doctor I would have advised you preventive measures to skip the possibility of such conditions. Hope this answers your query.
