What Could Cause Bleeding With Cramps During Pregnancy?

Dear Doctor
I have been bleeding for 4 days and I have gone to see my gp. Since yesterday I have experienced cramps and it feels as though it is getting worse. I can't stand up straight and it feels as though it is hard just below my stomach! Should I be worried about infection that can harm me or the baby anwhat can I do to make it better?

Hi,it is best to consult gynaecologist as soon as possible
The doctor does clinical examination and ultrasound scan to evaluate miscarriage and infection
