What Could Cause Blood In Urine During Pregnancy?

I am 39 weeks and 5 days pregnant. I pushed my urine out to make sure I emptied my bladder and notice a pain in urethra when urine passed and then I noticed blood in toliet and when I wiped. I do not think it is bloody show (mucus plug from pregnancy). Could this be a UTI? I just had a doctor's appointment Wednesday and my urine came back fine.

hi,in all likelihood this is not uti as blood in urine in uti occurs only in cases of severe cystitis.it can be due to renal stones or it can also be show which means early onset of labour.since you have never experienced pain in your flanks its less likely to be renal stones and goes more in favour of show.so no need to worry.take care all the best.
