What Could Cause Breathing Difficulty And Heart Burn, Gastroscopy Reports Clear?

I have just done gastroscopy and eveything is ok. But yesterday night, while falling asleep, I woke up suddenly as if I lack air. It goes through the night and I also has a burning sensation in the middle of my chest and has to burp a lot to be relieved.

Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

Heartburn is a feature of gastroesophageal reflux disease. This is a condition in which the stomach contents reflux in to the food pipe.

Medications like omeprazole will provide relief.

You also need to avoid coffee, citrus, fatty and spicy food and alcohol.
Do not eat full stomach and go to bed at least 2-3 hours after food.

I hope that answers your question.
Regards,
Dr.R.K
