What Could Cause Breathing Difficulty With Nose Congestion,numbness In Left Arm And Leg With Noisy Stomach?

Hi i wanted to know if you can explain what i can possibly have. It has been hard for me to breath for the past week. congested through my nose one nostril at a time and then i have to take deep breaths which is hard to do. and numbness / heaviness in left arm and leg. as well as my stomach is making noises.
