What Could Cause Burning Sensation While Urination With Sore Testicles And Swollen Lips?

I went for an Sti check this week because it was burning when I urinated a.d myeft testicle was sore. There were no lumps I checked carefully. Now I'm feeling I'll with flu my lip has swollen on one side partially because I was biting of because it was irritating/hurt a bit. Do you think this flu like symptom could be related to am still like chlamydia or HIV. Or am I being paranoid about HIV I'm straight never had gay or anal sex but did havey blood tested yesterday got to wait two weeks.

Welcome to HCM.
Burning sensation during urination with testicular pain, then the possibility of epididymitis (inflammation of portion between testis and vas) has to be ruled out with examination and investigations. Epididymitis may be due to STD or non-STD causes.
You declared that you didn't have any anal sex or sex with a Gay, but not told anything about your hetero-sexual activities and your age.
Flu like symptoms and swollen lip (?cold sore) can occur to anybody and with these symptoms nobody can be labeled as HIV.
As you gave blood for investigations, wait for the results.
There will not be anything serious.
