What Could Cause Chronic Flu-like Symptoms In A Teenager?

My daughter just turned 13. She was getting flu like symptoms monthly from April-July then it stopped. Since September until now she has been waking up stating she feels sick (stomach and feels warm but no fever). We have a very open relationship she says nothing is wrong at school and she hasn't started her men's traction yet. Is this normal?

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your daughter's problem is most likely allergic rhinitis. It can be from pollen or dust which could be possibly more in april july.A complete blood count and absolute Eosinophil count should be done in such case.Eosinophils will be increased in such episode.I treat such case with antihistamines like levocetirizine.I also combine monteleukast with that and given for prophylaxis for long term.In case of more symptoms i advise nasal spray of corticosteroids.Avoiding exposure to allergens like pollens or dust is the best prophylaxis and can use masks in such case.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
