What Could Cause Chronic Nausea And Vomiting With Swollen Roof Of Mouth?

My friend Carol has symptoms that include chronic nausea and throws up often, sometimes cant throw up but feels nausea all day, lost a lot of weight over past year but seems to have stabalized at a healthy weight, just got swollen roof of her mouth also, very sensitive to spicy food..doctors haven't been able to diagnose her so far

Its possible that he is having a gastritis with a esophageal reflux disease. He may take some anti acids such as rabeprazole or pantoprazole for the gastritis. Also taking bland food will help him. If he is taking alcohol that should be stopped completely.
