What Could Cause Chronic Pain In D5,d6 Vertebrae?

sir,im 30yr old dentist n i have chronic pain in d5 d6 vertebrae region since last one month. my doctor say that in mri the discs are dehydrated in this region.anything worrying about this? my email add. YYYY@YYYY

Hello Doctor,
I think the problem you are experiencing is from your body position during your work.
You may lean forward or work on the side of the patient and this position cases muscle pain and spasm and other soft tissues such as ligaments of the spine may be inflamated.
i suggest you to start some physical therapy , masagge, swiming and posture exercise.
You need to buid up your core muscles and I the pain will go away.
