Hi, I'm a 20 year old female who has extremely cold hands and feet, and recently have been really tired. I have been getting plenty of sleep at night and I usually dress in warm clothes even inside. I take vitamin e and d everyday along with birth control. I have had my thryroid checked and re-checked every 6 months. I do however have a history of a vitamin d deficiency. Any suggestions as to what this might be?
