What Could Cause Coldness On Left Side Of Body Along With Headache And Fatigue?

My Father feels cold on left side of the body often with headache and makes him tired. We did MRI SCAN and doctor said no issues with that. Tested for thyroid and it is negative. Not anemic. Still the condition remains same. Please provide your inputs.

I suggest you to get a doppler carotid vessels to rule out carotid artery stenosis, this could be a cause of low perfusion on one side of body and headache.You need to visit a neurologist for proper history, examination, and relevant tests.
