Thanks for writing to health care magic. If your baby has constipation give him diet rich in fruits and vegetables which are rich in fiber. Give him plenty of water to drink. Encourage him to play outside and not sit in front of the computer or television. These measures should normally correct constipation. If the symptoms persists then laxative are required. Please consult your doctor for a physical examination. Your doctor may order certain investigations based on the physical examination findings. Diagnosis and further management depends on the investigation reports. Continue to ask further queries as required. Hope this helps. Take care.
