What Could Cause Cough And White Spots In Throat, Am Also Pregnant?
31 weeks pregnant with really bad cough that has me coughing up phlegm. Nasal congestion. Slight fever. Chills. White spots in back of throat. Was recently exposed to someone with walking pneumonia and a toddler with a chest infection. Is this a cold or something else?

Yes this is infection and you need to get treated , as coughing could cause problems.
YOu need to consult Physician to get medicines for cough and antibiotics like amoxicillin if required. Take steam inhalations .
Do regul;ar gargle with betadine solution .
Nasal drops like xylometazoline would help for nasal congestion.
